Watch the video from the virtual parent’s evening we held on 21 April 2020. Our presenter was psychologist Megan Davis, who spoke on how we can encourage good mental health in children with a chronic musculoskeletal condition,
At our 2019 evening, Leanne, the paediatric rheumatology nurse at Monash Children’s Hospital, talked about how to work effectively with your child’s school.
As well as learning about juvenile arthritis and other childhood musculoskeletal conditions, our parents evenings are a great opportunity to meet other parents and carers. Talking with others in a similar situation can be a tremendous support.
