Do you want to learn more about how mindfulness can help to manage your health? Join us for this free webinar as Jo Dunin (Melbourne Centre for Mindfulness) provides information on how to practice mindfulness and use it as a tool to benefit your health.

Our presenter: Jo Dunin trained to be a ‘Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction’ (MBSR) teacher through Openground Australia in 2013. Jo feels her mindfulness practice enabled her to live through her experience of cancer with greater acceptance and equanimity. Jo taught the MBSR program to patients as part of the randomised control trial exploring the benefits of MBSR for patients undergoing hip and knee replacement surgery at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne. This study was done in conjunction with the University of Melbourne. Jo originally completed training as a registered nurse and worked for some years in nursing before also completing postgraduate studies in history.
