This systematic scoping review details the breadth of perceived needs of consumers with musculoskeletal conditions. The review explores the health information, health services and non-medical services needs of consumers with: inflammatory arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis), osteoarthritis, back pain, neck pain and osteoporosis.
