It can be very overwhelming when your child is first diagnosed with juvenile arthritis or another musculoskeletal condition. Our nurses can help you understand the medical information you’ve received or talk you through articles you’ve read on the internet or social media.
They can also help you understand medications and treatments as well as navigate through the complicated health and social services systems.
Contact our Help Line weekdays between 9.00am-5.00pm on 1800 263 265 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to speak with one of our friendly nurses.
If you need an interpreter, let us know when you contact the Help Line. Or call Translating and Interpreting Service National on 13 14 50 and ask for an interpreter.
If you’re deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, please contact us through the National Relay Service and give them our name and number – Musculoskeletal Australia 1800 263 265.
